Why am I seeing this?
Klavena offers different plans with access to different features. The Professional plan includes advanced functionality such as:
- Inventory tracking
- Advanced inventory mapping with support for bundles and multipacks
- Custom chart of accounts
- Priority support
If you’re on the Starter plan or Standard plan, you’ll have access to core features but may be limited when it comes to advanced automation or multi-channel reconciliation.
How to upgrade
To upgrade to the Professional plan:
- Go to Plans
- Select the Professional plan and click Update Plan and Confirm Update
Your new plan will take effect immediately, and you’ll have access to the full set of Professional features.
