Please upgrade to a Professional plan to use this feature

Some features in Klavena are only available on the Professional plan. If you see a message saying: "Please upgrade to a Professional plan to use this feature" …it means the feature you're trying to access isn't included in your current subscription.

Why am I seeing this?

Klavena offers different plans with access to different features. The Professional plan includes advanced functionality such as:

  • Inventory tracking
  • Advanced inventory mapping with support for bundles and multipacks
  • Custom chart of accounts
  • Priority support

If you’re on the Starter plan or Standard plan, you’ll have access to core features but may be limited when it comes to advanced automation or multi-channel reconciliation.

How to upgrade

To upgrade to the Professional plan:

  1. Go to Plans
  2. Select the Professional plan and click Update Plan and Confirm Update

Your new plan will take effect immediately, and you’ll have access to the full set of Professional features.
