Why This Happens
Amazon automatically archives older settlement reports after a certain period (often a few weeks or months). While these reports remain visible in Seller Central, they become inaccessible to Klavena unless you request Amazon to regenerate them.
How to Unarchive Settlement Reports in Amazon Seller Central
Log in to Amazon Seller Central
Go to:
Left-hand menu → Payments → Payments → All Statements tab

Scroll through your settlement history.
Look for any settlements that have a “Request Report” button.
Click “Request Report” next to each archived settlement you want Klavena to import.
- This will prompt Amazon to regenerate the report.
- It may take a few minutes to several hours.

Once complete, the “Download” button will appear next to the settlement. At this point, Klavena can access the report.
Back in the Klavena interface, click on Refresh Settlements

And the unarchived settlements should now appear!
