Steps to Retrieve or Generate Your Macy’s Marketplace API Key
Go to macysus-prod.mirakl.net/login and log in to your Macy’s Marketplace seller account.
In the upper right-hand corner, click on your Profile icon.
From the dropdown, select Profile.
Click on the API Key tab.
If an API key already exists, click Copy to Clipboard. If no key exists, click Generate a new key, then copy it for use in your integration.
Important Tips
- Treat your API key like a password — keep it secure and do not share it publicly.
- If you ever need to regenerate your key, you can do so from the same page.
- Your Macy’s API key is essential for securely connecting your marketplace account to external systems like Klavena.
