How to Access Your Subscription Settings
- Log in to your Klavena account
- Click your settings page
From here, you can see your current plan and update your subscription if needed.
Changing or Canceling Your Plan
- To cancel your subscription, simply update your plan to the free 100 orders/month plan. This will take effect immediately, and you won't be billed moving forward.
- If you'd like to switch plans, please select the tier and usage and click Update Plan.
- Please note, updated plans take into effect immediately with your usage reset to 0. Plans are not prorated.
Payment Methods & Invoices
Currently, you cannot update your payment method or view/download past invoices directly in the app.
If you need to:
- Update your card on file
- Get a copy of your invoice
- Ask about billing details
