How to Manage Your Subscription and Billing Information

Learn how to update your Klavena subscription, switch plans, or cancel your account. Billing management is simple and handled directly through your account dashboard.

How to Access Your Subscription Settings

  1. Log in to your Klavena account
  2. Click your settings page

From here, you can see your current plan and update your subscription if needed.

Changing or Canceling Your Plan

  • To cancel your subscription, simply update your plan to the free 100 orders/month plan. This will take effect immediately, and you won't be billed moving forward.
  • If you'd like to switch plans, please select the tier and usage and click Update Plan.
  • Please note, updated plans take into effect immediately with your usage reset to 0. Plans are not prorated.

Payment Methods & Invoices

Currently, you cannot update your payment method or view/download past invoices directly in the app.

If you need to:

  • Update your card on file
  • Get a copy of your invoice
  • Ask about billing details
